Refund policy
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
MODE JEUNESSE ET CIE / HANGAR-29 proof of purchase is required for any refund, exchange or price adjustment. The maximum period is 15 days following the delivery date. Special orders and washed or worn garments are neither refundable or exchangeable. Products must be new and in their original packaging if applicable, including labels. MODE JEUNSSE / HANGAR-29 reserves the right to inspect the product before authorizing refund or exchange.
Any product or gift card received free with purchase must be returned for refund. Otherwise, the value of the product or gift card will be deducted from the total amount refunded.
No refunds or exchanges will be granted for personalized products, as well as for MODE JEUNESSE ET CIE / HANGAR-29 gift cards.
Please note that all items purchased on sale (20%, 30%, 40%, 50% off) are final sales. No exchange or refund will be accepted.
RETURNS IN STORE
Items purchased from MODE JEUNESSE ET CIE / HANGARD-29 (in store or online) can be exchanged or returned to the physical store located at 1-9 BOUL St-BENOÎT OUEST, AMQUI within 15 days of the date of purchase. We will refund the amount with the same payment method used when purchasing.
*Please note that we will not accept any exchange or return of merchandise during the Boxing Day period and during Summer sale. In addition, no price adjustment will be granted.
RETURNS BY POST
No exchange is possible by mail: only returns are accepted.
A fee of $8 (plus tax) will apply to all returns and will be deducted from the refund. The refund will be made to your original method of payment.
To return a purchase made online by mail, follow these steps:
1. Send us an email mentioning your order number at the following address: service@hangar29.ca
or use the link below (a 6-digit code will be email to you) ans select the order number and the item that you want to return: Return articles
2. We will confirm your return and provide you with the steps to follow.
3. Take your package to a Canada Post counter to proceed with the shipment.
*We do not refund the delivery costs incurred during your purchase (if applicable).
